The polymer material can be repaired without disassembly, and the material has superior adhesion, oil resistance and 350% stretch, which can well overcome the impact caused by vibration of the reducer, and the repair effect is more effective than the traditional method.
2, wear control
The active crane wheels and large-vehicle speed reducers of overhead traveling cranes are frequently operated. Repeatedly reversing emergency stop and parking will cause the torque and vibration of each shaft of the speed reducer to increase, which will easily cause leakage. After this kind of problem occurs, the traditional methods mainly use repair welding or post-plating machining repair, but both have certain drawbacks: the thermal stress generated by the high temperature of the welding cannot be completely eliminated, and bending or fracture easily occurs; and the brush Plating is limited by the thickness of the coating and can easily peel off. Moreover, both of the above methods use metal to repair metal and cannot change the "hard to hard" relationship. Under the combined effects of various forces, it will still cause re-wear. Most of the latest maintenance methods are based on polymer composite materials, and there are many applications of Mage Technology products, which have superb adhesion, excellent compressive strength and other comprehensive properties. The application of polymer material repair has no effect on the thermal stress of the repair welding, and the repair thickness is not limited. 1. The appearance of the bridge crane: sweeping the exterior thoroughly so that there will be no dust and no yellow robes. Check for cracks and open welds.
2. Vehicles and trolleys: 1 Check and tighten the drive shaft seat, gear box, coupling, shaft, and keys for looseness; 2 Check and adjust the brake wheel clearance to make it uniform, sensitive, and reliable.
3, check the bridge crane reducer mainly depends on whether it leaks. When there is abnormal noise in the cabinet during operation, the lid inspection must be opened. Generally caused by bearing damage or gear backlash is too large, severe tooth surface wear and other reasons.
4. Lifting and hoisting: 1 Check whether the steel wire ropes, hooks, and pulleys are safe and reliable. If the wear exceeds the specified value, replace them. 2 Check and adjust the brake to make it safe, sensitive and reliable.
5, bridge crane wire rope inspection. Check the wire rope should focus on observation broken wire, wear, kink, rust and other conditions, for some of the wear and broken wire is more serious but has not exceeded the position, to mark, in order to focus on tracking re-examination. Pay attention to check whether the safety limiter of the wire rope in the reel is valid, whether the wire rope pressure plate on the reel is pressed and whether the number of the pressure plate is proper.
6. Lubrication: Check the oil and oil content of all parts and add or replace the lubricant as required.
7. Inspection of bridge crane pulleys. The focus is on whether the amount of wear at the bottom of the groove is exceeded and whether the cast iron pulley has cracks. For the balance wheel of the pulley of the overthrowing mechanism, it does not move due to normal conditions and it is easily overlooked. Therefore, before installation, be sure to check the flexibility of the rotation. Otherwise, the length and tension of the left and right wire ropes in the installation cannot be adjusted automatically by the balance wheel, which increases the difficulty of adjusting the pitch rope at high altitude and the danger degree of the operation.
8. Electrical: 1 Check whether each limit switch is sensitive and reliable; 3 Check whether each electrical appliance in the electrical box is sensitive and reliable; 3 Check whether the motor, bell and wire are safe and reliable; 4 Check whether the signal light is good.
9. Check whether the couplings of the bridge crane are loose or even "roll keys". Check the elastic rubber ring of the elastic pin coupling for abnormal wear. Pay special attention to the gear ring wear of the toothed coupling. Due to the poor installation accuracy, with a large amount of misalignment between the two shafts, the entire ring gear will quickly wear out in a short period of time. If there is such a situation in the lifting mechanism, it is prone to serious accidents.
